Welcome to Revive Med Partners (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Revive Med Marketing.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, marketing systems, software, and appointment-generation services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Services Provided

Revive Med Partners provides marketing, appointment-generation, and operational support services designed to help medical spas generate new patient consultation appointments.

Consumer-facing booking, deposits, and intake flows are operated under our consumer brand, Revive Med Beauty. Revive Med Partners does not provide medical services and does not practice medicine.

All medical services, clinical decisions, pricing, and patient outcomes are the sole responsibility of the medical spa and its licensed providers (“Client”).

2. Eligibility

You must be a legally operating medical spa, business entity, or licensed medical professional authorized to offer aesthetic services in your jurisdiction. You represent that you have authority to bind your business to these Terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Maintain all required licenses, insurance, and regulatory compliance

Provide accurate calendar availability and operational information

Honor confirmed consultation appointments delivered through our system

Accurately report patient attendance (“show” or “no-show”) when reasonably requested

You remain solely responsible for patient care, consultations, treatment recommendations, pricing, and follow-up.

4. Fees and Payment Structure

Revive Med Partners operates on a pay-per-shown-appointment basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees are charged only after a new patient consultation appointment has occurred and the patient has shown, meaning the patient attended the scheduled consultation in person or via any agreed format.

No fees are charged for no-shows, cancellations outside agreed parameters, or appointments that do not meet agreed qualification criteria.

Invoices may be issued on a periodic basis for confirmed shown appointments. Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice or any applicable service agreement.

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee revenue, patient spend, treatment acceptance, conversion rates, or future visits.

While we strive to deliver reliable, qualified consultations, results depend on factors outside our control, including your staff, sales process, pricing, patient experience, and clinical recommendations.

6. Use of Website and Materials

All systems, materials, processes, and content provided by Revive Med Partners are proprietary. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Services without prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the Services or interfere with their operation.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for compliance with all applicable patient data, privacy, and healthcare regulations, including HIPAA where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revive Med Partners and Revive Med Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including lost revenue or patient disputes.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revive Med Partners and Revive Med Marketing from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

Patient care, medical services, or clinical outcomes

Regulatory, licensing, or compliance violations

Misrepresentation of appointment attendance or outcomes

10. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
